1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The user has not completed more than 20% of the course or attended more than 2 live sessions (whichever is earlier).
- There is a genuine issue with course access or delivery that remains unresolved after our support team’s intervention.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided after the 7-day window.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Courses purchased during discounts or promotions.
- Cases of personal schedule conflicts or change of mind.
- Users who have downloaded materials, received certificates, or completed a significant portion of the course.
